By commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms below.
Each work usually goes through 8 stages such as:Concept ➡️ sketch ➡️ lineart➡️ base color ➡️ shadows and lighting ➡️ background ➡️ final details.Each advance shown to the client corresponds to each of the stages, at the same time each work consists of 2 to 5 modifications.
PROBLEMATIC AND INSENSITIVE CONTENT
I will do:
-Impaired mobility
-Amputations
-Statues or Mannequins
-Pain
-Trans
-Cannibalism
-BDSM
-Strangled
-Rape
-NTR
-Tears/Crying
-Any tipe of blood
-Guro
-Stabbing
-Bara
-Voyeurism
-Urina
If what you want is not on this list I will not draw it. If there is anything related to any of the above mentioned items that is not on the list, feel free to ask me
ADOPTABLES
Name, age, sex, orientation and lore of the adoptable will be decided by its new owner.
I do not authorize the resale, exchange and/or modification of the original design of the adoptable once it has been sold.
DELAY WARNINGS
Either by formal work issues, studies or emotional ups and downs due to my mental condition (ADHD/TDAH) the work may enter into a hiatus of maximum one week of duration.
In case of a hiatus the client will be informed in advance.
In case of a hiatus that lasts more than a week and prevents the realization of the work, the client will be reimbursed.
Commercial use and Copyrights
I will have no problem with clients making commercial use of my works as long as they pay additional money and give credits ✅.
